Saibari's Bayern Munich Move Confirmed Amid Stellar World Cup Performances

Morocco's breakout World Cup star Ismael Saibari is set to join Bayern Munich after the tournament, with transfer insider Fabrizio Romano confirming that all agreements between Bayern and PSV Eindhoven have been finalised for a fee of around €55 million. The 25-year-old, who has already completed his medical at Morocco's New Jersey training camp, has signed a five-year contract through 2031. Saibari's stock has soared during the tournament after netting in both of Morocco's group matches, including the fastest goal of the 2026 World Cup against Scotland. In his final season at PSV, he contributed 19 goals and nine assists in 37 appearances across all competitions as the Dutch club won the Eredivisie.
