All 48 teams have locked in their squads for the 2026 World Cup, which Mexico and South Africa open on June 11 before the July 19 final at MetLife Stadium. Rosters of 23 to 26 players were registered with FIFA by June 2, and any seriously injured player can still be swapped for a provisional-squad replacement up to 24 hours before a team's opening match.
